Heavy Duty Grade 2 Commercial Door Locks - ADA Compliant

Outside lever of the Storeroom Commercial Lock is fixed, allowing entry only by keys. The door will lock automatically every time it closes. The inside lever is always unlocked to allow for emergency exits.

The 70mm Backset Latch fits doors with a thickness ranging from 1-3/8 inches to 1-3/4 inches and has a backset of 2-3/4 inches. For doors with pre-drilled holes, simply measure the distance between the center of the hole and the door edge. If the distance is 2-3/4 inches, our latch is suitable. For doors without pre-drilled holes, our latch is still compatible.

This latch is reversible, making it suitable for both left and right-handed doors. It is heavy-duty and provides security, weighing about 4.7 pounds per pack. It is ANSI/BHMA 156.2 Grade 2 Certified and UL Listed, ADA Compliant, and fire-rated for up to 3 hours.

Additionally, each lever is keyed differently but can be easily rekeyed with an SC1 Keyway at any local lock shop if you prefer them to be keyed alike.
